IPA's Award of Excellence

The IPA’s Award of Excellence, conceptualised by the Indian Plumbing Association, stands as a prestigious platform to recognize and celebrate exemplary contributions across the plumbing industry, bringing into focus the professionals who drive innovation, quality, and sustainability in the built environment. Designed to honour excellence across diverse roles, the awards span three categories—Emerging Leader, Outstanding Leader, and Distinguished Leader—acknowledging individuals at different stages of their professional journey with 10, 15, and 25 years of meaningful contribution respectively.

What makes these awards truly unique is their inclusive approach, drawing nominations from a wide spectrum of the industry, including MEP design consultants, project and facility management professionals, practicing architects, and plumbing contractors and supervisors. The IPA Award of Excellence recognizes awardees selected through a robust nomination process, evaluated in a fair and transparent manner by a designated jury.

For the 2026 edition, the IPA proudly recognizes 21 outstanding professionals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and impact in their respective domains. Among them, 11 are conferred with the Distinguished Leader Award, 7 with the Outstanding Leader Award, and 3 with the Emerging Leader Award, reflecting a balanced recognition of experience, achievement, and future potential. These awardees truly embody leadership, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to advancing the plumbing industry.
