A Guide to Good Plumbing Practices (AGGPP) is designed to cater to professional as well as general public. This reckoner will prove to be an ideal reference fo students of engineering, architecture, interior design and related subjects, to those aspiring to be part of the plumbing fraternity and end users of plumbing services.

This publication is an original creation of the Technical Committee of Indian Plumbing Association, which worked with dedication to develop a ready reckoner for good plumbing practices in a simple and comprehensive manner. Consisting of fifteen chapters, which are explained in a simple language with sketches and illustrations, the publication covers most of the important topics related to plumbing practices.

The first edition of AGGPP was released in September 2015 at the 20 IPC held at Nashik and was accepted by the plumbing fraternity with great enthusiasm. The second edition was released in January 2016.

In view of the multilingual readership across the country, AGGPP has eventually been released/translated in Hindi, Gujarati, Bangla, Marathi, Kannada as well as Malayalam for the benefit of the society.

IPA members volunteered their services, time and efforts in translating the English version to other regional languages.
